2026 Registration System & Process
Football Federation Australia has introduced a new registration system for 2026. As part of this process, all players, coaches, and managers must reclaim their old FFA account. Information on how to do this can be found in these 2 articles:

Updated Photo Required for Everyone!
A current photo of yourself is required to be uploaded during registration in 2026. This is for all new AND current players. Please be mindful of the following requirements for the photo:
- Is a passport style photo (head and shoulders only)
- Your head faces the camera directly with your face in full view
- No hats or sunglasses to be work
- Was taken within the last 12 months
- Is clear, legible and with appropriate lighting
- No group photos, individual only
Registration Additional Questions
Additionally, you will now need to complete a Lugarno FC-specific Microsoft Form to provide us with important information for your registration. A link to this form will be made available during registration in the "Additional Questions" (Your Club) part of the process. Please copy and paste into a browser and completed. Unfortunately, we’ve lost the ability in the new system to ask additional questions and have had to find a work-around.

Registration Payment
Please note that EFT payments are no longer available; all payments must be made via credit card at the time of registration. If this presents an issue, please contact the club directly for assistance at registrar@lugarnofc.com.au

LFC Community Fund
We recognise that genuine financial hardship can make registration difficult. The Community Fund is available to support families who are unable to meet the full registration fee. If you are experiencing significant financial difficulty, please contact us confidentially at registrar@lugarnofc.com.au
Eligibility is assessed on a case‑by‑case basis, and assistance is provided to those with demonstrated need. Our aim is to ensure that financial barriers do not prevent committed players in our community from participating.
