Following on from the appointment of our new TD Dean Harriton, Lugarno FC is pleased to announce our new coaching additions for 2023 who will be supporting Dean Harriton and Nihad Alemic in running our Football Focus and NextGen development programs/teams as well as club wide initiatives.

The club welcomes the following new Development Coaches.

HAYDEN MATTHEWS
Hayden joins the club in 2023 as one of our Development coaches under TD Dean Harriton. Hayden currently plays first grade for Sydney FC in NPL as a Defender and will be a valuable addition to the Lugarno FC Coaching Staff.
Hayden started off his playing career at grassroot level where he discovered his love of football which has only grown stronger over time.
His favourite footballer is Lionel Messi and favourite team is Manchester United. Hayden is keen to give something back and nurture the future development at Lugarno FC.

ALEXANDER TRAJANOSKI
Alex is another one of our new Development coaches joining the club for the first time in 2023 under TD Dean Harriton. Alex currently plays for the Macarthur Bulls as a Defender. He has previously played for Sydney FC and the Central Coast Mariners. At youth level, he has represented the Australian U16 National team and most recently selected to play in the Australian schoolboys team currently touring the UK in January.
Most importantly, he began his football career playing for Lugarno FC in the under 6 Bears side and is so proud to be back where he started his journey to teach and guide the next generation. His favourite footballer is Sergio Ramos and his favourite team is Liverpool FC.

DEJAN BAKRDANIKOSKI
Dejan is the last of the new additions to the club’s Development coaches for 2023 under the watch of TD Dean Harriton. Dejan currently plays for Sydney FC in the NPL as a Defender having previously spent some time at clubs like Macarthur Rams and Sutherland Sharks.
Dejan like most kids started his love affair with football playing at the grassroots level and is keen to have a direct influence on the development of future players at Lugarno FC.
His favourite team is Manchester United.
